Standalone monthly
Paid monthly in advance. Rolling — cancel any time and your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Standalone annual Save £38
12 months paid upfront — £38 less than 12 monthly payments (£228), about 16.7%. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your service runs to the end of the paid year.
Both plans include
- Welcome message, music on hold and both voicemail greetings
- 5 new or changed AI voice generations per company each UK calendar month
- Unlimited replays and phone-ready downloads of your current messages
- Edit scripts, change music and mix settings at no extra cost
- Ready-made music library and 14 languages
The allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UK time) and unused generations don't roll over. Annual plans get the same 5 a month — not a yearly pool. Standalone plans don't include telephone services or installation on your phone system.

Meta Media stays at £10 a month under your existing agreed order. Nothing about your telephone service terms changes.
