Terms of service

These terms apply to Meta Media, provided by Meta Communications Ltd (company no. 14211625, registered office 12 Fore Street, Chudleigh, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ13 0HX; office Cams Hall Offices, Fareham, PO16 8AB). Contact us at hello@meta-comms.co.uk. By using an account you agree to them. Prices, payment terms and any minimum term are set out in your quote or order.
Your account
Keep your login private. You're responsible for what's created under your account and for anyone you give access to.
Your messages
- You own the scripts you write and the finished messages made for your business, and you may use them on your own phone systems.
- Check every message before it goes live. You're responsible for the accuracy of what it says, including opening hours, offers and legal notices.
- If your messages say calls may be recorded, you're responsible for having a call recording policy.
Music and voices
Library tracks and AI voices are licensed to you for use on your business phone system only, not for resale or broadcast. If you upload your own music, you confirm you hold the rights or licences (for example PPL/PRS) to use it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, or to imitate a real person's voice without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your data
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we handle data on your behalf, we act as your processor, follow your instructions and keep it secure.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the service
Either side may end the service as set out in your order. You can download your messages before your account closes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
